One of my best experiences during the Japan Study Trip 2026 was learning black-and-white film photography and developing photos in the darkroom. It was my first time experiencing the traditional photo development process. In today's digital era, where black-and-white effects can be created instantly, having the chance to develop photos by hand felt very special and memorable. I still remember the smell of the chemicals used in the darkroom while washing and developing the film—it made the experience even more authentic and unforgettable.
